Post Same Old Story or a New Age?
The English Premiership is almost upon us. The games kick off on the 14th of August and the Opening match is last season's 4th v 5th, (SportsPredict have this as a 3pt Bonus Match) Tottenham Hotspur Vs Manchester City.

We have seen a host of players over the summer in the World Cup although very few from the Premier League gave a performance of any note, maybe Tevez had the best of the summer as a Premier League player. Torres and Fabregas (well maybe) will start the English season with World Cup winners medals but not a lot can be said about their role in the Spanish success, so will they find form again in this year's title race.

It has been a long time since anyone has toppled Man Utd, Chelsea or Arsenal at the top of the league but maybe this season with the amount of money they are spending Man City will be able to mount a formidable challenge. Could it be that Tottenham build on last season's epic performance and go a few places higher or with a new man at the helm maybe even Liverpool can find some form of old and return to challenge seriously for the Ultimate Domestic Prize.

When we look at the Champions they still seem rock solid and I think anyone will find it hard this season to wrestle the crown from them. Ferguson and Wenger without any huge summer signings will be relying on tried and tested front lines to deliver the title back to Manchester or London.

So, as we draw ever closer who do you think will become English Champions. Vote above then post and give your reasons.
